Conditions
Registration is possible up to 3 days before the event, subject to availability. Participation is only confirmed once the participation fee has been received or proof of payment processing has been provided. Cancellations are possible free of charge up to 7 days before the start of the event and must be submitted in writing via email to info@eusea.info.
If the minimum number of 6 participants is not reached 3 days before the event, EUSEA reserves the right to cancel the event. In such cases, any participation fees already paid will be refunded. No further claims can be made against the organiser.
Participants who are not yet EUSEA members may register under the reduced member category if they intend to join the network. In this case, a membership application must be submitted within 14 days via https://eusea.info/members/join-us/. If the application is not submitted on time, EUSEA reserves the right to charge the full non-member fee.
EUSEA members benefit from a reduced participation fee. Please note that everyone affiliated with a EUSEA member institution is eligible for the reduced member rate.
By registering, participants agree that their personal data will be stored and processed for the purpose of organising and delivering the event. Data will not be shared with unauthorised third parties or used for other purposes. After the event, all data will be deleted unless legal retention obligations apply.
